Vulcan Gin is beautiful and full-bodied, yet simple and not overpowering. It starts out clean, the mid-tones are soft and delicious, and the finish is perfect, leaving hints of the botanicals.
We were excited to welcome Alabama native, Charles Barkley, as a majority owner in August 2019. Charles has wanted to invest in a business in his home state of Alabama for a long time. Redmont Distilling Co presented a great opportunity for him to be a part of the Birmingham business community.

Make a Cocktail

Ingredients| 1 oz | Vulcan Gin |
| 1/2 oz | Lemon juice |
| 2 Dashes | Simple syrup |
| 2 oz | Prosecco |
| 01 | Combine gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. |
| 02 | Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne glass. |
| 03 | Top up with Champagne. |

Scent and Flavor
NOSE
The Sweetened Orange peel is first noticed in its crisp aroma and then once again in its sweetened mid-tones.
NOTES
The Juniper berries create a subtle note of refreshing evergreen.
PALATE
Grains of paradise and Corriander seeds. The combination of these two seeds create a slight kick at the end of the sip.
FINISH
A hundred percent corn spirit leaves you with a final sweet hint.
