Make a Cocktail
AMBROSIA FIZZ
Ingredients| 2 oz. | Ambrosia Gin Day Edition |
| 1 oz. | Lemon Juice |
| 1 oz. | Simple Syrup |
| 0.5 oz. | Egg White |
| 1 oz. | Soda |
| 01 | Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds |
| 02 | Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake vigorously until well-chilled. |
| 03 | Double-strain into a chilled Collins glass and top with club soda. |
