Our bourbon is made with 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barely and it has aged for 5-7 years in new 53 gallon American oak barrels. This bourbon has a caramel corn nose that compliments its elegant gold shine with a sweet, caramel corn taste that leads to a hint of a smooth, earthy-oak finish.
